These Terms govern your use of TruePeak Herb School. By accessing the site or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Course access

Self-paced courses include at least 24 months of access from purchase. Live courses include replays and materials for a reasonable period after the series ends.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days; we may offer a refund or credit based on progress and circumstances.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share login credentials or redistribute course materials without permission.
• Do not attempt to interfere with site security or access other accounts.
• Do not post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content in community features.

6. Intellectual property

All content is owned by TruePeak Herb School or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are educational. We make no medical or gardening outcome guarantees. External factors such as climate and care affect plant growth.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
